Bylaws

The league's bylaws, kept by the commissioner. Rules the league has not settled yet say so; everything else is in force.

1. The league

  • Twelve-team dynasty league, founded 2015 on NFL.com, moved to MyFantasyLeague for 2016–2020 and to Sleeper from 2021.
  • Commissioner: Kent.
  • Trades and pick trading are allowed; the roster carries over every season.

2. Rosters

  • Starting lineup: QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, FLEX (RB/WR/TE), IDP FLEX, DL, LB, DB.
  • Bench: 9 spots. Injured reserve: 2 spots. Taxi squad: 4 spots, one season of eligibility, veterans allowed per Sleeper's taxi setting.
  • There are no kicker or team-defense starting slots (the scoring table keeps legacy kicker and D/ST values that do not apply to current rosters).

4. Season structure

  • Regular season: weeks 1–14. Playoffs: six teams, weeks 15–17, seeded by record and then points for; byes for the top two seeds.
  • The six non-playoff teams play a consolation bracket (the toilet bowl) in the same weeks. It does not decide last place or the rookie draft order; last place is the non-playoff team with the lowest regular-season points for.
  • Trade deadline: end of week 12 (week 14 through 2024). Trades process after a one-day review window; six veto votes are needed to overturn a trade.
  • Waivers: free-agent acquisition budget of $300 per season, $0 minimum bid, processed daily; unspent budget does not carry over.

5. Rookie draft

  • Three rounds, linear order (no snake), held in Sleeper each offseason.
  • Draft order: the six non-playoff teams pick first, ordered by regular-season points for from lowest to highest (the lowest-scoring non-playoff team picks 1.01). The six playoff teams follow in reverse order of finish; the champion picks last. The commissioner projects this order all season from the standings and locks it after week 17.
  • Future picks may be traded up to three seasons ahead.

6. Dues and payouts

The buy-in, the due date and the payout split have not been set yet. Once the commissioner sets them, the Ledger shows who has paid and what each place pays.

7. Last-place punishment

Last place is the non-playoff team with the lowest regular-season points for (the same team that receives pick 1.01). The punishment itself has not been set yet. The commissioner records who owes it each season and whether it was completed.

8. Ownership changes

  • When an owner leaves, the commissioner finds a replacement; the seat's roster and picks transfer intact. The Vault records the handoff so history credits each owner only for the seasons they managed (Kevin → Bo in 2020, Kris → Gavin in 2023, Dylan → Sirac in 2025).

9. Amending this constitution

  • Rule changes are proposed in the offseason and decided by league vote. A proposal carries with more than half of the ballots cast; no quorum has been set. Adopted changes are logged in the amendments table with the vote result and take effect the following season unless stated otherwise.

Standing rules

Where the bylaws say a rule isn't set yet, this is what applies.

Draft order
League rule: non-playoff teams pick first, ordered by regular-season points for, lowest first (1.01 = lowest PF among non-playoff teams); playoff teams follow in reverse order of finish (champion picks last).
Last place
Last place = the non-playoff team with the lowest regular-season points for (same team that gets pick 1.01).
Toilet bowl
Kept as lore only: it never decides last place, 12th place, punishments or draft slots.
Punishment
Not set yet.
Voting
A proposal carries with more than half of the ballots cast. No quorum is set.
